What patients say on Google
“Did a full treatment of TMS at this clinic and had an amazing experience. Staff was very friendly and supportive and made me feel very comfortable and accepted! Unfortunately my treatments positive effects only lasted about half as long as they should’ve however I still benefitted greatly from it. Just try your best to do your part as the individual receiving treatment and stay positive!”
“Everyone is so friendly. Scott and Brittany are the best!”
“I started going here about 6 weeks ago. I have only had great experiences here. I have seen the same medical professionals every time. When there's a problem obtaining my treatment due to insurance/ pharmacy issues they work very hard to fix the issue for me and feel that they actually care about my well being.”
“Beware… Do not choose this treatment center for TMS or Spravoto treatments. I was a previous patient, went through TMS Therapy which unfortunately wasn’t successful for me. I then began their Spravoto treatment. My experience was horrific. The treatment schedule in which is imperative that you follow actually and never miss dosages in the first four weeks. The schedule is as follows…The first four weeks you are scheduled two days a week ( I was scheduled a Tuesday and Thursday) then the next 4 weeks one day a week. My first week March 21st and the 23rd. You will receive 54mg of the medication. Second week dosage increased 86 mg. This is where my horrific experience began. I was only able to receive one day of treatment they were short staffed no coverage available for my 2nd day of treatment. I expressed my concerns because I did my own research. Was told by the NP pschy provider will be fine along with staff member. The next day towards the end my depression was extremely intense along with my anxiety and I had suicidal thoughts. Calls were made to treatment center. They were COMPLETELY clueless. Offered me no help. Completely bed ridden for 7 days until the following Tuesday my next treatment. My suicidal thoughts were so intense and was very frightening. My NP wasn’t there saw a pschy Dr never met before I questioned him he had no answers stated it’s a new drug we are still learning about it. He then told technician to reduce my dosage back to 56 mg. Then was told no coverage again for my second day. Then the severe symptoms increased to the max. I was very close to ending my life. I spent a total of 12 days praying that this will end. I then spent 2 day’s digging for answers. Answer found on a FDA website. Stating missing dosages in the first 4 weeks of treatment you could face severe symptoms and listed my symptoms. It also stated 3 patients died from suicide using this medication. Then I found out this medication has a black box warning stating may cause severe depression and suicidal thoughts. I am VERY upset on the care I received. The NP and tech guy told me call suicidal hot line or go to ER. My experience with ERs in a mental illness emergency was being strapped down nurses and Dr yelling at me asking me over and over what illegal drug I did? After 2 hours waiting for blood and urine test results which proved I didn’t do drugs they then administered medication that calmed my mental crisis down. And to call the suicidal hot line? How would they medically help me? I decided to end treatment April 8th. The amount of information I gathered terrifies me and it’s not worth the risk. I will say I am doing better after 13 days and I am happy to be alive thank you God.”
