What patients say on Google
“I have two daughters, they started treatment here beginning at ages 11 & 14. We have seen a few different providers at the Ashland location for therapy, medication & ADHD testing. Have not encountered a single member of the staff that hasn’t been wonderful, down to the front desk ladies. Everyone is very professional, kind, helpful, and always so knowledgeable. The initial request to become a patient took about 2 weeks for my oldest to get in, but was immediate for my youngest. I highly recommend reaching out to Hope419 if you are looking for mental health services.”
“There was an issue with my insurance and I ended up owing $800 to them. I couldn't afford to pay it and they sent it to collections. I recently filed bankruptcy and tried to get an appointment with them now that they're paid off so I can resume getting treatment for my mental health and they refused to see me. Very helpful!”
“This place doesn't care about people struggling with mental health. I've been here over a year but they can't get their small minds around the fact that people with chronic depression miss appointments occasionally. I've been dismissed with no notice and no meds. I have no clue where to go now. Don't waste your time.”
“You can not call to schedule an appointment. You have to go online and complete process and input your insurance. It is a very lengthy process and does not save if you get a glitch and then start all over. After completing had staff contact several times times saying they don't have insurance information or can't run insurance. Have resent insurance many times and say they received it and then they reach back out and say they never got it and that was about a two week process. Very discouraging. Try somewhere else.”
