“While I love my therapist and in person visits I’m truly considering switching offices or to video visit as time and time again the office we sit in has been hotter then the temps outside. My therapist profusely apologizes and says she’s made complaints to management and building maintenance and nothing has been fixed. As I came in one day I heard the front desk person talking to who I assume was maintenance or management and he was telling her “well everyone’s body interprets temps differently.” If that wasn’t the definition of mansplaining I don’t know what is. I can’t imagine how hard it is for these therapists to provide great care while sweating their behinds off. Please get this fixed for everyones sanity!”

“I was referred to them for mental health… they call and text EVERYDAY until they get ahold of you. They don’t take my insurance and for some reason deciding to call/text me every day AFTER finding out they don’t take my insurance was appropriate. When I finally called back and asked to be taken off their list, it took me 23 minutes to get through their phone tree to a live operator… and was bounced through 2 more people… THAT REFUSED TO TAKE ME OFF THEIR CONTACT LIST. I’ve since reported them as spam and blocked their contact. I also reported them to the referring doctor for harassment. DO NOT give them your information because they will never leave you alone.”
