“Initial visit with Kaci and she was awesome, however going to cancel second visit because I was charged as self pay which I cannot afford. I have insurance and they have my information about insurance but was unable to take photo of my card so they had me pay out of pocket. Three times I spoke with billing and got foreign speaking people whom I could not understand and no help. Thank you Kaci but no thanks Life Stance!”

“My first appointment I scheduled the other day my doctor never showed on the screen they then callled me 30 minutes after I was on the call and informed me that she wouldn’t be in. That would have been nice to know the day before or earlier in the day because I had just got off at 7am and wanted to go to sleep anyways. I was then charged 190….she didn’t even show up and they have not sent my money back I called billing which said it would take 3 weeks and it’s past 3 weeks and still no money just a - sign. I Called today at 8 to schedule a appointment the phone robot keeps telling me they are not open I googled what time they take calls it says 8am-6pm Monday -Friday, Not able to get my medication which I need because my doctor Ashley Hopkins won’t give me a refill with out seeing her which cost 50$ every time I meet with her she never calls me in the office to check my vitals or just check to see if my body is handling the medication well. I am definitely trying to switch doctors or company’s….if you are unsatisfied with the services I recommend Genoa Healthcare they have doctors and a pharmacy that’s able to give you your medication and prescribe it.”
