“Honestly the doctors and nurses are fine, however the billing tactics are shady. They have a 48-hour cancellation policy where they will charge you 75 dollars, however it is perfectly okay for them to cancel on you day of and they certainly do not refund you for the time off requested from work (I called a couple hours shy of 48 hours and I was still charged). They billed me twice for the same service and when I called into customer service, they were disrespectful and insulting. When discussing the duplicate charges, they sent a bill with itemized charges that was not available for me or listed in my statements on their own portal. This is supposed to be a mental health facility that IS NOT accommodating for those with mental health issues given their policies and fees. This is your typical American health care facility that is only out for profit. If you or your child are looking, I personally wouldn't recommend this place.”

“Counselor was awesome. Administrative and billing side was horrible. My daughter has Medicaid as a secondary insurance. I've told everybody that from day one. I hand delivered copies of the insurance cards. It kept showing that she had a $20 copay even though I was told that she should not have a copay. After numerous transfers talking to different people and occasionally being hung up on, I finally was told that they only take Medicaid as a primary, not a secondary. All along I was told they took Medicaid and I always expressed that Medicaid was a secondary insurance. My daughter has already seen a counselor that she liked. When you try to talk to somebody on the phone they are constantly putting you on hold. I had a signed release that it's okay to talk to me for my daughter with a disability, and they constantly could not find the release and then would find it. Dealing with this agency administration has been a nightmare. I'm not sure how they have good reviews. We certainly did not have a positive experience.”

“I think Dr. Hatesol is great. He listens which many doctors do not. He seems to interested and is obviously a very caring man who want to help. It is a good transition from my doctor in Rome, GA who retired and moving to the Dayton area.”
