“I adore my therapist and I couldn’t imagine doing my sessions with anyone else. But, this is regarding booking experience. It is ridiculous. They start sending you texts 5 or 6 days before your next appt, and then 3 days before, they send a text to confirm the appt. Then the day before and/or the day of, they want you to check in. Once a month, you have to answer their questionnaire as if you’re a new patient again. Let’s not forget the several phone calls that come from an automated system, to remind me of the appointment. RIDICULOUS.”
