“I'm a Marine Corps veteran & have seriously struggled over years with PTSD complications. When my regular doc retired I was referred to Mindfully. They've always been super nice, helpfully intelligent and genuinely concerned about how to best help you out. The previous poor rating and complaint is blaintently redundant. The recorded answering device clearly says not to make multiple calls because it's not only confusing but makes it even more difficult to listen to & return the calls. What's so hard to understand about that when it's so clearly advised?”

“I absolutely love Mindfully, specifically Abbie. Abbie is the best therapist I have ever had. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. She has been a HUGE part of my mental health journey over the last 15 years. I'm not sure I would be where I am today if it weren't for her.”

“My doctor nenneh Davies is an awesome doctor I like her but the office people never answer or call back I have literally been trying to call the office for two months straight and nobody calls back. What’s the point of having a phone number nobody answers”

“They refuse to answer the phone. Left a dozen messages explaining that my meds never got sent to the pharmacy. They literally ignored me until I had to call corporate TWICE, who also did not answer but instead had to return a call. After all of this, my provider called me from a private number, making herself even more unavailable, told me no one told her my problems, then didn't even put in all my meds and put in my one med incorrectly that I still can't get it. I lost my job over going through withdrawal, and it wasn't like I didn't call and try to get my medication. Still considering getting a lawyer involved. I didn't even get an apology and they expect me to continue to see the same provider, even though I have literally no trust in her. All I could recommend is running from this place as fast as possible. They have proven they do not care about the patient in the slightest. I am absolutely appalled with this behavior.”
