How likely are you to recommend NeuroPsych Center of Greater Cincinnati?
“Dr. Tim Sigward, PhD at the Neuropsych Center in Sharonville, OH is outstanding and has been an incredible resource for our patients. I regularly refer patients to him, and he consistently provides thorough, thoughtful, and compassionate neuropsych evaluations. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, and communicates clearly with both patients and referring providers. In my experience, Dr. Sigward is the premier dementia clinician in the Midwest. His expertise in dementia assessment and diagnosis is exceptional, and he brings a level of clinical insight and care that is hard to find. Patients and families feel supported, respected, and well guided throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Sigward and the Neuropsych Center to anyone seeking the most accurate and comprehensive dementia and neuropsychological evaluations.”
“See Ceana and Mindy’s reviews I can reconfirm it is still true in 2026. Little help or professionalism from the receptionist and scheduling staff. Then don’t even get me started on the psychiatrist. 8 minutes late to the meeting. Poor session skills, of no direction for patient, and disheartening reactions and comments. AND DO NOT INTERRUPT SOMEONE WHEN THEY TALK! Then after only about 20 minutes of talking she looked me dead in the eye and said I was depressed and wanted me to get medication. Thankfully her opinion still meant nothing at that point. Then I realized this is just the American healthcare system… a business. Wouldn’t be surprised if the psychiatrist was just an actress and this was all a reality tv show about how people are putting up with bad authority. So yeah a poor experience overall from scheduling staff to the doctor’s session. Would not recommend. And the psychiatrist was not pleasant looking. Almost wired and high rampant eyes. If I was dying and the only cure was a 47 minute (cause she’ll be late 8 minutes) session with her I’d rather die. Oh and as I read the other reviews it sounds like they won’t even read this to make a change, and I wish I came here first before wasting my time and energy with a rude mental health professional. Kerry Lewis and KJ Beckley said it best, then I never was getting prescriptions nor medication but sounds like they are horrid at that, which is their most dire or important job. Sorry to be vulgar but the psychiatrist really pisses me off and I’d hate for more sick people to deal with that.”
“I see Sheryl List and am so thankful for her! When I first started going to her I was a hot mess, but she made sure I was provided with the resources I needed to heal. She spends the full session time with me ( rather than the many psychiatrists who would give me 5 minutes of their time and shut down any discussion I wanted to have). She is extremely knowledgeable as well.”
“I wish there were more stars available to rate Dr Gupta and his team. They are all not just professionals but treat their patient's with such kindness and acceptance. Julie is a definite stand out but they are all top tier professionals. Kudos to the whole team!!”
