What patients say on Google
“I’ve been seeing a licensed clinician for approximately six months now. They are fantastic. They really listen to what is going on. They provide not only medicine to help but a messaging portal where they keep track of every single thing that comes up. They are extremely thorough and have super supportive admin staff who helps, replies, processes anything you might need. They are truly a one-stop-shop. Their kindness and compassion are sincere and very encouraging.”
“I was a patient of Angela Brandt’s, and at first, I felt very comfortable with her. This was my first time seeking medication management from someone outside of my primary care practitioner. She initially gave me all of the same medications I was already on, but gave one of the medications at a larger quantity than I requested. I figured this was fine if she chose to do this. After some months together, she became frustrated with me when I would use over half of this one specific medication, yet some months, it continued to seem perfectly fine with her. For the record, I never once asked for early refills or took much more than half of what I was given monthly. I grew very confused about whether or not I should even take this medication at all, and became afraid to do so more and more, as I did not want to upset her, and I wanted to be a responsible patient (I was new to psych medicine in general). Still, she continued to prescribe this medication to me at the same quantity each month. I was very honest with her about my confusion, and how I didn’t want to do anything she did not approve of, but still, I never felt that I was given a clear answer on when I should utilize the medication - the explanation was to “use it as needed.” This is honestly vague and confusing for me, and I would have preferred to be given a smaller quantity that was actually the max amount that she’d want me to use within a month. I felt that during our final session, she was extremely cold and judgemental as I once again tried to gain clarity on what she wanted from me, and I decided to seek out a different provider. My current provider continues to prescribe this medication to me at half the quantity each month. Problem solved.”
“Within ten minutes of my first visit with Rohan, he essentially told me that every diagnosis I'd received in the past five years from the three different doctors I'd seen, was wrong. He's arrogant and condescending. I addressed concerns that went ignored visit after visit. I only stuck around for a few months while looking for another provider. I also experienced constant insurance billing issues/errors. I brought this up during a visit with the doctor. I know doctors don't have anything to do with the billing, but it was relevant to the conversation- concerning frequency of visits. His response was, "well, it's not like I get paid extra for that." I would advise seeking another practice.”
“This process couldn’t have been easier I was able to choose my own provider Telehealth has been a blessing. I was able to pick up my medication within the hour.”
