What patients say on Google
“I've had nothing but excellent experiences with the Lindner Center. I'm so fortunate to have Dr. Raju as my doctor. He's conscientious about his patient's care, personable, extremely detail oriented, and never makes me feel rushed.”
“The inpatient and out patient services are truly amazing and life saving. As someone who had done both and still uses the outpatient I’m beyond satisfied with how my treatment is going. Both my therapist and psychiatrist actually listen, ask clarifying questions and don’t leave me feeling unseen or invalidated. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.”
“The nurse I spoke with who does work here might have the necessary credentials, but is not good at her job. UPDATE: I have reported the nurse to the Ohio Board of Nursing. The nurse was not rigorous with her questions. She managed to miss several critical questions during my diagnosis. I've outlined those critiques on your website while I was still messaging back and forth with her. Both the nurse and the patient advocate failed to return my phone calls where I was asking for the nurse's license number. UPDATE #2: I did go to different (competent) ADHD specialist. I had the full evaluation and WAS diagnosed with ADHD. So I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this place. I am proof these people don't seem to know what they're doing.”
“Started an email convo with two employees from admissions. Filled out a lengthy application, attached personal documents, took over an hour to get that paperwork together and sent over. Questions were very in-depth and thorough which was a good sign. I followed up twice that week and received no response. I called the admissions line and they sent a message to those two employees, who then simply said they had received my packet. No apologies for failing to respond, no estimate on when I would get a recommendation for type of treatment. After a week, still no response. When sending personal medical info to folks I've never met and spending time filling out an application, I'd expect the same diligence from them. It's a shame because the programs seemed great online, but I will not go somewhere in which people don't value my time.”
