“I was there for personal issues. My therapist typed the entire time I talked. She never looked at me. She may have been keying what I was saying but even that is rude. I went there just 2x then she tried to schedule me a month later for a half of an appointment (30 min). My next appt was gonna be a mo away. I didn't feel that was enough. I even commented "darn whats the suicide rate"? She told me there wasn't enough people & most people only come once a month. I was very disappointed. I didn't feel B. really listened to me or took me serious. I walked out of there sat in my car & cried.. Needless to say I still have the same problems. Sad, u can't get help. After complaining someone left me a message to call to schedule some appts. Too little too late. Happy they are helping a few people.”

“They worked with me to get clean n stay clean. They are like my 2nd family. Thank you n love ya, Justina, Taylor n Jane.. The staff DIDN'T treat me like I was trash. They DIDN'T push meds on me, and let me stop when I was ready to stop. They even helped me at the beginning of this process when I DIDN'T have coverage. They helped me get covered, so I could get my life back n not worry about anything else.... 💯 % love this place! I've recommended it to anyone I know need help.”

“I was with this facility for about 6-7 months never missed an appointment or fail any test they gave me followed the program to a T. One day I over heard a supervisor talking aloud about all my personal information when I was in a back room. When I questioned her about talking aloud about my personal information she acted like it was no big deal then tried denying it was said then when I told her two other patience just told me all my personal information you just said. She tells me what does it matter your all on the same medication. Of course as a result of this the same day my quanity was dramitcallyy change becuase I voiced my opinion. If you question anything they say or do your treated very unfairly as if you not even a person. When the last 3 good employees left Sam Kayli and megan Travco went down hill very fast. Thankful for what little bit they did help but I can honestly say the bad by far outways the good.”

“I've tried reaching out for help with my recovery. And after a drug screen on Monday, I had to wait a week and get blood work. Just to be hung up on twice when I called about seeking help! These people just want to keep you sick. They act like it comes out of their pocket. Changing sceduals on people. And throwing their past in their faces..... There are better places out there that do care about your mental health. Unlike travco! And now they don't even have a doctor on site. Prescribing Suboxone to people for 10+ years. But when I find a mental health med that helped me eat and sleep. They take me off after 3 prescriptions... If your looking for help. Try psycare. They actually CARE about your mental health”
